I had a fantastic shopping experience! The quality is top-notch. The package arrived right when Art3d said it would, and everything was in excellent shape. Since this was my first time shopping here and it went so well, I’m definitely gonna be a regular customer.

"Last-Minute Backsplash Order Due to Change of Heart"
I placed an order for a backsplash at the last minute since I wasn't happy with my first pick (from a different company). The builders were all set for it in just a few days, and it (surprisingly) showed up right when they needed it!! It's absolutely GORGEOUS!

"Color Confusion"
I really like the product, but I'm super bummed that the white tiles I got aren't actually white; they're more of an off-white. Instead of Art3d, I ended up with Room Decor tiles, which is not what I thought I was ordering based on what I saw in my cart at checkout. I'm gonna have to send them back since they don't fit with my current wall decor. :(

"Misleading Backsplash Tile Order"
I ordered some backsplash tiles that were advertised as "sheets," but they showed up as individual tiles instead. Art3rd just gave me a return address to send back this heavy box, which is likely gonna cost more to ship than what I’d get back. Thankfully, I only got one to see if it was a good fit, and now I’ve learned a valuable lesson: never deal with this company again. Forget about Etsy... next time, I’ll stick to more trustworthy places like Amazon. Looks like they’re headed for the trash. Thanks for messing me up, Art3!
